A new semester... a new me?

Salaam dearest people on this planet!

It has been a month plus since the last post. Don't know why I don't feel like writing and sharing my thoughts. Was too engrossed with the holidays. It's not a good thing, I know. Thank God that the new semester is starting soon, and I mean really soon which is two days time.

This is the first semester break for me, and I don't know if I've spend the time wisely. Hmm.. the truth is, I know that I've been carelessly spending my time on mostly entertainment. I didn't get to spend my time much outside of the house due to financial stuffs and most of my friends are not having their holidays, so most of the time, I rot at home. Envy those who get to enjoy most of their time.

The new semester will start soon and it's the real deal as I'm offically an undergraduate starting to learn 'real subjects'. IIUM students will know what I mean right? hehe. It sets me thinking that I should try to at least manage my time a bit better.

2. Verily man is In loss,

3. except such As have Faith, and do righteous deeds, and (join together) In the mutual teaching of truth, and of patience and constancy.

A reminder to me and everyone else. =)

One more thing, as much as I want to return to iium to study, I am really not looking forward to all the problems looming around me when i'm back. In need of utmost patience.

Ouh, and i'm looking forward to all the walking that will and should be done. I think, no, I'm confident that I gain a few pounds since the holidays, especially this past week will all the buffet food and the gatherings. And by gatherings, I mean, the Indian gathering with all the glorious food and indulgence. Gosh. I need to start back on the 'uia diet'. Heheh.

And I need to start searching for the love~~ Where is the love~~

That's all from me for now. =)

that day was yesterday =)

Salaam people of the world!

Yesterday finally came. It was a mixture of feelings and emotions. Before yesterday, I was dreading for that day to come. Hmm,, I'm not so sure myself. Maybe it was because what happened last year and last two years, I think. So, I didn't expect much as to whatever that will happen yesterday but Alhamdulillah, the day went by just fine, with a few surprises, of course.

All of my ex-classmates except for one were here at 12 midnight. It is a pity that she can't make it. They make me do silly stuffs and walk around the mahallah blindfolded and sprayed me with water and powder before reaching our room. And of course, I screamed each time they sprayed water cause it tickles my neck. Upon reaching my room, I can already see the light from the candles as the room was dark. After removing the blinfold, my friend who was studying at UM was wearing the white telekong looking directly at me. Thank God I was not shocked by that incident. Haha. If not the whole block can hear my scream again in the wee hours of the morning. Then, they sang the song and I cut the simple but really delicious pandan cake with nutella. Yummy! Went to sleep after talking and watching some videos.

In the morning, while everyone was asleep, I heard multiple loud knocks at the door. At first, tried to ignore it but the knocking does not stop. By that time, everyone was awake and the extra people in our room quickly went into hiding. I then open the door and I can't believe my eyes when I saw that person in front of me. Took me a few seconds to realise that I was not dreaming. It was my roommate's mom at the door. I quickly called out to her to tell her that it's her mom at the door. She came all the way from home to meet her daughter to celebrate her birthday which fell on a few days earlier before me. She surprise my friends by bringing their boyfriends along. How sweet right? And gosh, she brought along lots of food and a cake. At that instance, all of us got up, took a bath and quickly dress up to have the heavy delicious breakfast.

Got a call from my mom to wish me, then she pass the phone to my brothers and my father. I miss them so much already although it's only one month plus since I saw them. When I think back, I have the opportunity to see them every month but what about my friends who further their studies in the middle east? They must be strong. I envy them. But well, I chose this path and I'm not regretting it. =)

In the afternoon, decided to visit my grandma at my aunt's house. Was very happy to see her. Oh, and one of my brothers was there too. Made use of the fast Internet to reply all the wishes at facebook. Went back to UIA during the evening.

Ate the leftover food at the room. You can imagine how much food her mother brought. After eating, cleaning up and watching videos (again), got another surprise. Actually I was a bit sad that my neighbour upstairs didn't wish for my birthday. We just got to know each other when we are here although we came from the same country. I'm really glad that I get to know them. Ok back to the story, I try not to mind that much as maybe they forgot my birthday and one of them is sick. Suddenly while I was standing by the entrance of my room, They came in with a slice of lemon cheesecake singing the song. I was really surprise (again). It was so sweet of them. Actually they plan not to wish me until the night. Gave me a beautiful DIY card. Thank you so much. After prayers decided to go to their room to play some card games. We had fun although I was a bit tired and sleepy in the beginning. Alhamdulillah for the day well spent.

So in conclusion, (err why does this seems like an essay) I ate 3 slices of cakes, 3 plates of rice, 3 chicken wings, 5 spoons of sambal kentang, 2 pieces of tofu cheese and I don't know how many cups of fruitade and plain water. It's been long since I ate this much. Gosh I think I gain a bit of weight yesterday. I like to thank my roommates for planning the surprise, the nice birthday gift and the cake, ned for spraying the strong smelling powder, rhy for spraying me with the water until i scream multiple times. You guys were good, I can't hear your voices at all. Thanks uni for coming all the way down from UM. Thanks to ati's mom for the scrumptious meal and cake. Thanks to my family for the call, I really miss you all so much. Thank you shidah, faddy and razan for the mouth watering cheesecake and the card that you guys made it yourself and for spending time with me. Thanks to all the well wishers from facebook and smses. You guys made my day. The greatest of all is from Allah who gave me this opportunity to spend this day with the ones I love. Alhamdulillah. I love You so much. You really know how to make my day. Thank you Allah!

Oh, and to you, thank you for updating your blog which I'm always waiting for. =)

That's all from me for now!

the end of the first semester

Salaam dearest people!

It is already almost the end of the first semester. Time do fly by really fast. It feels like yesterday that i just entered this new place, trying to get used to the environment, attending classes with a different kind of timetable and now one semester had just passed by.

I, personally will be missing this one particular class, not because of the classmates, mind you, but because of this wonderful Ustazah. Upon entering this university life, I didn't expect much 'bonding of relationship' as I knew that University is way different from my previous schools. Here, our teachers are known as lecturers, homework are known as assignments and subjects are known as modules/courses. I've also heard stories from people I know about university life, and although it seems scary, I know I'm up to it. So, I expect that my daily routine is like, go to class, listen to lectures, do assignments, that kind of stuff. Little did I know that Allah will be giving me this beautiful attachment.

Although I actually didn't want to be in this class because to be in this class means that I can't enter Kuliyyah, but, I really thank Allah for giving me this opportunity to know someone like her. She really reminds me of my beloved Ustazahs back in my two previous school. And although her class requires a lot of speaking in Arabic, I began to like it bit by bit. She always gives motivation and advice to each and everyone of us. I think I never miss her class.

At the end of the last class, when Ustazah was giving a short farewell speech, felt a tinge of sadness inside me. It may be just a short time I spent with her, only a few months, but I'm really glad to know someone like her. It gives me the hope and strength for me to be here. I really hope that our relationship doesn't end this abrupt. I never expect to be close to any lecturers. Alhamdulillah. Allah really knows best! =')

~~~~~~~
So yesterday had a competition organised by the Arabic department. I didn't wish to participate in any games or competition, but in the end, I was chosen to participate in Arabic scrabble. I was reluctant at first but in the end I manage to force myself to participate and it was worth it.
It has been long since I played scrabble, as in the English version. So I don't' know what to expect playing scrabble, in ARABIC. It was boring at first but as time goes by, the game becomes interesting and my competitive nature emerge. Haha. And it was my first time using all the letters I had, which is, i manage to finish up the game, for the first time. I was surprise myself. Alhamdulillah, I got third place. Hehe.
It was a nice experience, I wanted to take a picture of the Arabic scrabble but alas, of all the time in the world, my hp battery was low during that time. So no pictures, except for the memory.
~~~~~~~

Ouh, I think many have realised that there's no longer the tagboard in my blog. I felt it was of no use as only spammers were tagging on it. so anything, please just comment ok?

That's all from me for now =)

patience~~

Salaaam people!

It's been a while since the last post.. well, was busy with tests and classes. Hehe. So what's this post about? My rantings. Huhuhu.

Actually today is the pre-registration period. This is when we register for our courses for the next semester. I was really hopeful as it is said that students in pre-sessional (those who haven't enter kuliyyah as they fail the english and arabic tests) can apply for the courses. I waited for the time which is at 5pm just now.

Met my friend at the Mahallah's cyber cafe as the internet's better than in our rooms. At first, the website keeps asking to refresh. Then, when I tried to add subjects, it rejects my application. Then the page says that we can only apply for language subjects, in my case, malay language only. -__-""

Feels dejected, heartbreaking, angry, mad (isn't it the same? hah) and whatever else. Hmm.. the manual registration is so frustrating and tiring as I've gone through it. But there is nothing else that I can do except wait for the next semester to start and go through the manual registration. Patience is indeed a virtue. Need to constantly remind myself to be patient and patient.

Well, there's always the hard part in everything we do. No easy way out. So need to accept and be thankful with what I have. Haizz..

So besides that, there's two more weeks till the final exams. Can't believe that the semester is going to end soon! Can't wait to go back. Heh.

Err.. don't know what more to say. Already too sad I think. But well I still love my life here =)

That's all from me for now.

Salaam people!

The internet here is great during the morning, and that's why I'm online and feel like blogging. Heh. Just want to share yesterday's experience.

Woke up in the morning with the sound of an announcement. It was louder than usual. Was trying to make out the words from the announcement but to no avail during the first time hearing it. After the 2nd time, trying to digest the words that I heard. Then, it makes sense, the announcement stated there is no water supply in the main campus, and maybe in the mahallah, as I didn't hear it clearly. All of us woke up, and the three of them, quickly bathe as there is still water available, while I, took pails and fill up with water, just in case. It feels quite funny collecting water and keeping it, as this had never happen to me before in my life. Feels like living in the sixties, seventies. Hehe.

We went grocery shopping at Giant and I think it was the first time that the trolley is full with our stuffs. Was undecided where to eat lunch, but at last chose KFC as we had a voucher.

After unpacking, before dinner, was lazing around on my mattress. Suddenly saw a baby lizard. I quickly ask them for the baygon spray. I sprayed at the lizard but there is no effect. I sprayed at it's face but it's still alive. I was so desperate I didn't realise that I sprayed for too long. I stop when my roommate asked me to stop. Heh. So I took the broom and beat it to death. I don't know that lizards are hard to kill.

During the night, we cook Maggi and plan to watch a movie. Watched Sherlock Holmes but after around 20 mins, we decided to change as we were not focusing on the story and the sound is soft for me to make out the words. So we change to a more 'light' movie which is east to digest.

Halfway through the movie, another roommate of mine saw another baby lizard. Everybody was kanchong. We paused the movie, on the lights and ready to kill the lizard. Alas, I had to do that job, for the second time. Although I know I can do it, I still had that a bit fear in me. So while trying to get the lizard on the floor from the ceiling by using the broom, I screamed all the way. I think the whole block can hear my scream. Gosh. From the ceiling to the curtain to the floor, I manage to hit the lizard with the broom multiple times until the tail was detached from the body. After operation kill was successful, I hand the job to clear the evidence to my roommates. Haha. It was a surreal experience. Maybe, as time goes by, I'll get used to killing insects. Huhu.

Ohh... final exams are less than a month away. Can't play around. Need to pass and score. Insya Allah.

Sometimes, I feel I need to get a grip of myself. Life is just once. Should not fool around much. Teenage life is leaving soon. So must the bad habits.

...يا ربي, اهدني.. اهدني.. اهدني إلى صراط المستقيم

That's all from me for now =)

KL.... Gombak

Salaaam people!

Alhamdulillah, reached KL safely this morning, around 1am. Met my aunt and her family first in Johor, and then, took the bus to Bukit Jalil. It was weird as there were only the 5 of us inside the bus plus two more person. Felt uneasy, but alhamdulillah, reached safely. It was raining so heavily that visibility was very poor. It has been long since I saw it rained that heavily. Even the huge drain nearby seems so scary with the water rushing so wild. Went to my aunt's house to meet my beloved grandma! We talk and talk till 3am in the morning. =D

Went jalan-jalan raya with her family just now. Initially the plan was only one house but we ended up going to 3 houses and the distance were far apart. Mostly I slept in the car. Heh. Was really tired.

Suddenly, can't wait to reach U, haha. Seems that a lot of people is missing me over there. I'll be off in a while.

I hope that the things that I want to be settle, will go smoothly, so that I can go back on Thursday. Heh.

Ouh, and need to buck up and start back the momentum of studying. Feel like I forgot almost everything that I've just studied. -__-"

Ah, and one more thing, I realised that I update frequently recently. I also don't know why I am so keen on updating. Maybe there will be lesser update this coming weeks due to the fact that the internet will be slow. Huhu.

That's all from me for now.

I did go after all.

Salaaam everyone!

And so, I was contemplating on whether to go or not to go to my former school of 11 years. I was asking around if there's anyone who wants to join me, but alas, none can make it. As I really really wanted to go, I went on by myself. It was a bit, how should I say it, paiseh to go alone and meet all the teachers but I don't know how did I have the courage to go by myself. In the end, I did went to Irsyad. =)

Upon reaching, was greeted by the smiles of the students. They still remember me I think. Waited for my father at the canteen and met some of my teachers there. So, my father bring me to the teachers room and he sort of shooed me away and ask me to meet the teachers. It was a bit awkward at first as I was alone. But when the conversation had started, it seems okay although there's still a bit of awkwardness. Heh.

Then, one of the teachers invited me to join the celebration/performance at the auditorium. Grab the chance. It was a great moment. Suddenly remembered the times when I was there. Although the place is way different, the spirit the warmth is still there. Had a great time watching the performances and games.

After that, took the chance to meet the students that I've taught before. There was no teacher in the classroom, so went it and talk to them. They still remembered my name. =') Then took some pictures with them although it was a bit of a hassle. Hehe. Kids will still be kids.

Left the building with a heavy heart. I'm happy that I went. Met all the teachers that I was longing to meet and I love taking to them. Gave me insight on things and reminders. The reminders really serve as a knock, no, several knocks on the head. Realised that I've been a bit different since entering U, need to change the bad habits, and be strong mentally as well as physically. I'm really glad that I went. I think this is the third time right I'm saying how happy I am, right? Hehe. Can't be help.

Had a conversation with my best friend on the way home. Thanks for calling. It's been a while since I had that long conversation with her. =)

Ouh, and there's upgrading going on at Causeway Point. A few eateries at level one are closed. Thank God LongJohn is still open. Heh.

Can't wait for tomorrow, or rather this coming morning. Will get to meet my lovely Pre-U twos. Although only around half can make it, we'll make the best for tomorrow aites! See you all!

That's all from me for now.

and why am I so bored?

Salaam....

I don't know why I'm feeling so bored. Really bored. Suddenly has the urge to go back to U this instant. Huhu. There's this problem bugging me. I really want to go there tomorrow.. but.. but.. butt.. so many buts.

I really miss all those teachers. all those kids. But... but... but.. I don't know if i'm going or not. Tomorrow is the only possible day. Haish.

Pray for me.

That's all from me for now.

The journey home

Salaam Alaikum!

The day I've been waiting for.

Didn't have my sahur in the morning. Sort of overslept. That's what happened when you sleep late, very late. Woke up with a very painful stomachache. Can't even stand properly. Reminds me of the time that I had my gastric. I think I had gastric. I was thinking this can't be happening. I'm going home in the evening but this is happening. I was praying really had that it will get better. I kept massaging my stomach with vicks until I fall asleep. Missed the first class. Was feeling really bad as I really don't want to miss any class. But well, I really can't avoid this. Woke up around 10 and was feeling better. Alhamdulillah. Decided to go for the other class. Reached a bit late. Decided to go as I volunteered to bring my laptop for the class for the lecturer to used.

Straight away went back to my room after class for last minute packing. It felt different as this is the first time back home for a vacation. Although was feeling very happy and excited, was feeling a bit sad to leave this place. Don't know why. Said my goodbyes to my roommates as we are not on the same flight. Will tell the story later. Met my good friend who is my neighbour in the floor above. Told her that I'm already going and she sent me until the 1st floor. So sweet of her. Could see that she was a bit sad to see all her Singaporean friends leaving. Oh, she's Sudanese by the way. So walked through the rain with my backpack, my handbag and an umbrella on my hand. Met my senior who took the same flight as me for my sake at the bustop.

So here's the story.

I was supposed to take the 930pm flight with my roommates and the rest of my friends. I asked my friend to book for me, but she booked wrongly. She booked the 750pm flight for me. Although I want to go back home early, I was really uncomfortable as I didn't know anyone else who took that flight. She told me that there are a few other students too, but still, I'm not close to any of them and they are guys. Thank God I managed to ask this senior of mine to take the same flight as me as she hasn't book her flight yet. I thought everything's gonna be fine but....

So many things doesn't feel right on the way home. We board the AirAsia bus in a rush. Got the last seat which is higher and more bouncier. So uncomfortable. Upon reaching the terminal, bought food for breaking fast and then went to the check in counter. After getting the tickets, I realised that our seats are not side but side but a row away. I was not expecting that as we checked in together. Haish.

While going to the immigration, realised that we can't bring water inside. My water bottle is half full and I need to go and throw the water. Was thinking that the water's enough to break fast. But then, need to buy mineral water which is way too expensive, but need to sacrifice the money. Huhu.

Ate the food while waiting for the plane. Then... saw that group of people. Let me clarify this, I don't hate them but after the incidents on the plane, it made me a bit angry. It annoys me a little. But well, I'm not that type of person to really hold grudges and hate. It was really unexpected that I had to sit beside them and I was practically surrounded by them in the plane. It was really and I meant really really uncomfortable. The journey feels like for eternity. Mixed emotion on the plane. Kept my cool. Felt so relieved when the plane landed safely. I walked really fast on the way out. It was sweet for my brother and my cousins to fetch me. When I saw my brother, I was astonished to see how tall he has become, and it was just 3 weeks since the last time I saw him! My cousins send me home with her car and all the while I was worrying about not catching the last bus and how I was going home with the 2 heavy bags. Hehe. Alhamdulillah. Allah has planned everything nicely.

So lesson learnt. Don't worry too much on what the future holds for you, because Allah has plan everything nicely for us. Our only part is to pray and strive for the best. Everything will be fine. Insya Allah. And if it is not, then, we need to search within ourselves what has gone wrong and mend it.

Till then, take care people!

That's all from me for now! =)

Ramadhan Kareem!

Salaam dear readers!

First and foremost, I would like to wish Eid Mubarak to my dear readers. May we meet again the next Ramadhan. Insya Allah. =)

The fasting month, in Uni.

So, this is the first fasting month without my family, not in Singapore. Well, a few days before fasting, I still didn't feel that the fasting month is about to come but I really was looking forward to the blessed month. I only feel the fasting month is about to come when I see posters and banners around the university compound.

Alhamdulillah, as my roommates are all my ex-classmates, didn't feel quite sad or lonely. The first day of puasa went quite well, which is, everybody wakes up for sahur. We had bonding session during buka and after as we will sit at the common place. The feeling's quite nice.

Had my mid-term tests during the fasting month. The first test in UIA, besides the placement tests. As usual, didn't study hard enough. I'm trying to promise myself this semester is the last time that I'll be slacking. University life is not that easy. Seen my seniors trying to do well and it's not an easy job. It's way different than the previous schooling life. Alhamdulillah, I have a lot of people to guide me. And Alhamdulillah my Arabic results is not that bad. See, I should try harder to excel. No use regretting now. Hah.

So after mid-term test was over, was so excited about going back but I was feeling very anxious too because I need to meet my grandma in KL before going back as she is going to Umrah a few days after I went back. At last, I got to meet her a day before I went back, which is a schooling day. Class finishes at 430 and I rust to my aunt's house by public transport. That was the first time I took the public transport alone. Feels like fear factor. I was trying my best not to feel too nervous. In the end, it was a good experience. Jakun jugalah sebenarnya. Heh. As I was alone, observed many things. Two things that made an impact on me. First, was the way the people gather while waiting for the train. The guys and ladies grouped themselves separately. I say this not at only one station but a few stations along the way. It took me by surprise. Second, was the cleanliness. Now I know why my ustazah says that Singapore is a really clean country. I know people keep saying that Singapore is known for cleanliness but I took for granted when I was at home. Now, really appreciate the cleanliness of my country. It was quite sad to see litters all over, especially at the rivers and around the plants. It was an eyesore.

Alhamdulillah, reached my aunt's house in one piece and I didn't get lost. Hugged my grandma so tight as I haven't met her since I entered U which is around 2 months plus. Had my iftar at their house and I feel so touched that I was having iftar as one big family. We talked a lot, and really laugh a lot. Alhamdulillah, I feel so super duper happy. Had a really great time. Ashkuru lillah bihazihi ni'ma. =D

So people, I'll stop for now, need to iron the whole family clothes for visiting later on. -_- So, I'll continue about my journey home in the next post. Till then, take care! =)

That's all from me for now.

University life...

Salaam everyone!

Let me continue where I last stop.

2nd week in Uni: Ta'aruf week. (Orientation week for all students, international+local)

The week that a lot of bittersweet things happen. I don't wish to elaborate much of this week. What I can say is that this week was an eye-opener for me. Test my patience up to the limit. But well, the important part is the last day of the Ta'aruf week, which is the Bai'ah ceremony whereby we took an oath and officially become an IIUM student. I've never felt more relief after the ceremony has ended. Alhamdulillah. =)

3rd week:The Add and Drop exercise.

This is the nerve wrecking week. Why? Because this is the week whereby you need to make sure you get classes. Yeah, I meant you need to make sure that you have enough credits to make it through the semester. So this is the most crucial week. Although I haven't enter Kuliyyah yet, I felt the pressure as I need to secure two more subjects. And although it's just two subjects, it is so tiring. I need to go and search for the lecturers, to get into their classes, as I can't apply online due to the fact that I'm not registered as a student in the kuliyyah. So I was searching for them in the maze of rooms in the complicated building which is all new to me. But Alhamdulillah, I get a lot of advice and help from my beloved seniors. Without them, I don't know how I'll cope. And I get to take up two more subjects apart from the two Arabic classes that is compulsory for me this semester.

So, everything ended well and I was planning on going home at the end of the week as I haven't applied for student visa yet. I was very eager on going home but due to some reason, it got delayed by a day. I was really annoyed at that fact, but I can't do anything but just wait. Thank God there's my roommates that I can go back home with. Was really excited to reach my home country. I think I walked too fast when I reached the immigration until I didn't see the sight of them. Said my goodbyes to them and practically rushed home. The feeling's just great to be at home.

Subsequent weeks.

So basically, class had started when I got back. Lessons were quite great. New environment. New friends, wonderful atmosphere. Had Jalan-jalan KL too. Hehe, went to Times Square with fellow mspians/ seniors, went to KLCC with fellow roommates, went to Masjid India with new Singaporean friends.

Ouh, I think I forgot to mention about my wonderful room. Although my Mahallah is one of furthest from the campus, I don't really mind at all. Why? because the view from my window is just great, and the size of the rooms are a bit bigger than the ones from other Mahallahs. The flooring is also better. The sun rays that shines through is sufficient for drying clothes. Ah, and one more thing, the food and drinks at our cafe is better that anyone else. Heh.

Although it's just been just a few weeks in uni, there was a few problems that cropped up. Well, I never imagine a smooth sailing ride, but I also didn't expect these kind of problems to happen. Well, life is really interesting. I'm glad my life is not dull and boring. It is up to us to perceive life and make it to our own liking. Gosh, I think I'm sounding a bit lame here.

I'll continue about the fasting month in the next post. Till then, take care! =D

That's all from me for now!

my dead blog.. relive

Salam people of the world...

I don't know why I feel like updating my blog. Suddenly there's an urge to update so many things, thought of updating just through facebook, but it's not logical to update my status so many times at a time.

Hmm, so what's up in my life. I'm back from my university for the Eid holiday! It's the first holiday since I enter university.

Ouh... but I haven't tell anything about my university life right? hmmm to tell or not to tell~~
Since I'm in a good mood.. Here's the story.

The day I depart from Singapore.

It was a sad moment. I had to go to KL by myself as there's no one who can send me. I packed until the time I had to go. Saying goodbye was really painful. Thank God my uncle and my father sent me to Larkin with my uncle's car. Along the way I took the time to message a few of my really close friends. My last departing words. Then, after changing my simcard, I can't switch on my hp. I really don't why. It was quite annoying as I had to travel alone and there's no hp. Ouh, actually there is, my father gave me his hp for me to use, but me, being lazy to adapt to a new phone, didn't care to use. At that moment realised that I need to use that phone no matter what. So, I said my goodbyes again to my father and board the bus. I find myself quite pathetic sitting alone in the bus, trying not to cry. Suddenly, the tv on the bus turned on and show this really weird+stupid+illogical+a bit funny story. Took my mind off for a while.

Upon reaching Bukit Jalil, contacted my relative, Macha to fetch me. I was really hoping that he will not be late a I'm alone and it's already night. I was trying my best to balance myself with my handbag and my humongous luggage. As I was pulling my luggage on the rocky road, trying to find a seat at the bus terminal, I heard somebody saying something like," Can this girl cope with this huge luggage?" I was like err, I just passed by them and sat down. I waited for a few minutes for his call. Thank God, it didn't took that long. Although its was quite difficult for the luggage to fit in his car, we manage somehow. I stayed at my aunt's house for two nights and a day before the registration day.

The registration day.( for international students)

This was again, a lonely day for me. Macha managed to send me up till UIA, but for the rest of the time, I need to manage by myself. Felt quite jealous as most of the Singaporeans, (or maybe all?) were with their family members. There was a few glitches before the start of the registration, but still, can keep my cool, although the weather's quite hot. There were booths for us to go through before we can settle down.

We had to take a bus to go to the Mahallah (hostel). Me, and the other 3 mwtians, plan to stick together so that we can appeal for the same room. While we were queuing at the office to get the keys, we were discussing who to appeal and what to say, it was quite hilarious. Upon reaching the counter, the counter girl(?) immediately say, " All of you in the same room ok?" We were looking at each other and was like, it's settled? Haha. So, Alhamdulillah, we got the same room.

The 3 of them came with their families, and I was the only one, alone. My heart was tinging with sadness as they had their family members with them, to help then unpack and clean up. But I can understand and accept the fact why my parents can't be with me. But I can't stop the sadness. They did help me with my stuffs and all, but it still feels different. I could say I was quite jealous. But well, it's fated to be.

The International student's orientation week.

So that week was the orientation week for the International Students. It was quite fun. Had bonding sessions, made new friends, touring around KL... and shopping! Err.. don't know what more to say.. but its was a great week! The organisers were fun. =D

As I'm starting to summarise, I think it's better for me to stop and continue another time. Heh. Felt like I've typed much. I like to thanks that someone for helping me change the layout. Syukran jazilan! Ouh, and those reading this post, thank you for still reading my blog although it seems dead already.. Heh.

That all from me for now! =D

the next phase of life =/

Salam Alaik!

Gosh, It has been long since I last update, I think this is the longest time that I have not update. Main reason is due to my laziness. Well, suddenly has the urge to write because is feeling quite bored, although, as usual, there are soooo many things to do!

Time do fly fast, really fast in the process of growing up. It is a few months away till I end my teenage life, and I'm a few weeks shy of becoming an undergraduate student. Feel so old already. Hah. Six months of not studying, I don't know how I'll cope in university later on. The past few months were excited and looking forward to enter the big U, but now, feels very nervous and scared, scared of what the future holds. I'm not even sure if i'm ready. Sheesh. It's not only about being physically ready, but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Being far from family, from the comfort zone is no joke. It's the survival of the fittest.

But I realise, being scared and nervous is not blocking stone for me. Feeling scared and nervous shows that we know that it will not be an easy life. I know I need to persevere and stay strong with whatever obstacles that I need to went through. I've tasted the beginning, and it's not that nice. It is hard to get what we want, but it's very easy to get things that we do not want. It's a test for us to endure and to see how strong is our desire to get what we want.

I also realise that i'll be away from my beloved country and all the people in it, my family, relatives, friends. 2 weeks is not enough for me to meet all of you. I'll try to make it for the gatherings, I really can't promise anything, but I really want to meet up. Thank you for being part of my life. Pardon me for any mistakes that I've made. And pray for me. =)

Oh my~~ haven't done my shopping yet, so many things to worry about. Hah. And i'm soooo not looking forward for the tests. Sometimes I wonder why~~ I need to buck up!

So people, take care, and Insya Allah, we'll meet again!=D

**eh, awak da jejak uia pj? bila pula nak jejak gombak? tak apa, tunggu saya masuk dulu eh!**

That's all from me for now...

salam.

Just to inform that I will not be updating this blog of mine until there's someone willing to help me to change the font as many have been complaining about the small font size and they are not interested to read my blog so I think what's the point of updating and I'm not the type to go and learn and know how to change this kinda things as I'm not that interested because I can get stressed out with this stuffs so I need help from people who is willing to help so that I can continue blogging as i have many stories to tell, or I'll search for someone who's willing to help and until then no updates.

And that is only in a sentence.

Bottle up feelings, express in a sentence, ouh and that explains the reason why I've not been updating.

So adios!

That's all from me for now.

and what's up with my life?

Salam people!!

It's been 2 weeks already into the year 2010. Oh my! How time flew when I'm very busy. During the December holidays, I've been complaining how boring life is and now, what a hectic life I'm having, ok, but not as hectic as some of my friends.

There's this seminar coming up and I'm part of the organising team, holding quite an important position which I'm really not sure if I can handle it well. Nearly burst just now, but kept control. Well, the responsibility's given cause they trust me and I must try to do the best I can. Oh God, help me. But well, it'll look good on the resume. haha. Betul tak ned? =p

I've been searching for jobs but haven't get the permanent ones. Got only relief teaching, few days, few weeks. But well, at least something. Quite envy with some of my friends that got permanent jobs. Maybe, not the time yet. Need to prioritise!

Convo is in a month's plus. Suddenly interested in fashion. Thanks to rhy. =p Haven't send my kain for tailoring. I think I can go crazy. Results... results.. results.. Insya Allah, everyone of us will graduate. I'm proud of my classmates and I love them. =)

I'm soo a summary person. Don't know how to elaborate. Heh. Take care k people, especially dearies and classmates. =D

That's all from me for now.
