Salam everyone,

First of all, really sorry for not updating. It's not that i don't want to update, blame it on my tight, hectic schedule and my sick laptop. FYI, I'm updating using the house's computer. My laptop's hardisk got infected. Haish.

I'm just loving this long holiday. Although its not that peaceful too at home. Everyone's seems to be moody nowadays. Me too. It's the environment, i think. I just hope people will get happier these coming days. Insya Allah =)

Was feeling really down last few days. And i wrote this in class. Someone recommended me to put it in my blog. heh. It's edited too. Note: this is purely my feelings and has got nothing to do with anybody. It's not perfect, it's not that good either. Just thought of sharing. Enjoy (?)

All alone in this strange place
Why do I feel so out of place

Moving on, yesterday's opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympic was magnificent. Actually I was not planning to watch it, but the television set was on and I watched. The performances was superb. The choreographing, the music, all was too perfect. Credits to China for the wonderful event. And because of this, I knew that there are soo many countries and soo many kinds of people living in the world. Now do I realise how vast the world is by seeing all sorts of people from countries all over the world. Masya Allah. I got sleepy just waiting for the Singapore contingent to come out. Then i realise that they follow the Chinese alphabetical order. Sheesh.

Another thing, Didn't feel like it was national day today. Time flew by so fast. Too fast for me to catch up. Hope I can organise my life in this long holiday. Feel so messed up.

To those feeling down, cheer up. Just look on the bright side of life.. (sing along!) haha.. =)

-Tomorrow's the day. I'm still thinking I'm dreaming. Never in my whole life did i think that this is going to happen. I need to compose myself. The emotions need to hold on. Friends, I need you guys by my side. I'm holding on firmly. I need your support. Please don't leave me. Its is really hard for me. Please help me. I need to be myself. I just hope I'll be ok tomorrow. No thinking of negative things. No crying. No turning back. Oh Allah, I'm soo nervous. Calm me down. Ameen.-

Been very very busy since school reopens, that's why no update. Another thing is that, had no mood to update. But well, since someone urge me to update, I'll do it. Bare with me as i think this post will be quite long. =p

20-21 June: The inter-madrasah games.

I felt quite different attending the stadium with a different school uniform, but well need to accept the fact. It was quite hot on both days but it did not dampened my spirit to cheer not for one, but for two schools. I'm being fair aren't I? =D I didn't took any pics on Friday as there was something wrong with the camera. Was not feeling that lively too on that day.
But on Saturday.. came quite early as someone fetched me and my father to the stadium. =p Was quite bored as many hadn't arrived yet. So i decided to take some pictures.

Hmm... overall was quite ok. After the games had finished, got to meet my beloved S507. We ate together. Although we spent such a short time together, I really appreciated it. It was quite tiring although i did not participated in any events on both days. heh.

I think those 4 days is the most tiring days for this year! I am under the English club and we got a class for our display. It was ok. The team did a great job on the decorations and set up. let the pictures do the talking.

Been very busy since school reopens. Many things had happen since school reopens, from sad to fun events.

Monday: A sad event.

Aku terkejut. Aku tidak menyangka perkara ini akan terjadi. Kita baru sahaja berkawan. Kenapa kau pergi meninggalkanku begitu sahaja? Membiarkan diriku terkapai- kapai keseorangan? Walaupun kita baru sahaja bertemu lima bulan yang dahulu, ku dapat merasakan yang kita akan menjadi teman yang rapat. kau seorang yang unik, pertama kali ku berjumpa dengan orang sepertimu.
Kau telah banyak membimbingku di sekolah baru itu. Kau telah banyak mengajarku, bukan sahaja tentang pelajaran, tetapi juga tentang kehidupan. Ku senang bila bersamamu. Ku dapat merasakan kita serasi bersama. Engkaulah salah satu sebab kenapaku dapat bertahan di sana. Kau sumber kekuatanku.
Aku memilih untuk disebelahmu di dalam kelas. Ternyata tidak salah pilihanku. Kita semakin rapat. Kau telah banyak merubahkan diriku. Kerajinanmu membuatku ingin mengejarmu, kebaikanmu membuatkanku sedar tentang betapa kerdilnya aku.
Kembarku, ketahuilah bahawaku tidak akan dapat melupakan masa kita bersama, walaupun ia sangatlah singkat. Ku tidak akan dapat melupakan bagaimana kau dapat menangis dengan sengaja untuk menakut-nakutkanku. Bagaimana kita mengongsi makanan bersama-sama di dalam kelas. Bagaimana kita tidur sama-sama di dalam kelas. Bagaimana kau selalu hilang dengan tiba-tiba dan muncul juga dengan tiba-tiba.
Kembarku, janganlah kau risau tentangku. Ku sedar ini adalah takdir Tuhan untuk mengujiku. Aku redha dengan ketentuanNya. Kau teruskanlah hidupmu dengan tenang dan aku berdoa semoga engkau mencapai kecemerlangan di dunia dan juga di akhirat.

It is hard to lose a friend. And i just know her for about 5 months! I hope our friendship do lasts =) Whatever it is, I'm happy if she is happy. Pardon me if my malay doesn't sound right. Just feel like writing in malay. I hope she understands it.. hehe.

Wednesday: what an interesting day!

We had Japanese students on that day!! haha.. Was sooo excited. Had a crash course learning japanese words. Before, i only knew Arigato Gozaimas which is thank you. The pre-u 1s and sec 3s are the ones to usher them. They arrived in 3 buses. Some of the guys were so kawaaii ( cute)!! =p
At the hall, our students performed a few nasyids and the japanese students performed a kind of dance. It was nice. After that we were asked to joined them!! Sweet.. haha. then, we got into our groups.
Me and Ika got 5 students. At first it was a bit awkward. Then we decided to break the ice. Although we had some communication problem, it was great knowing them. We brought them ( almost) around the school and then we sat at the canteen. I bought for them keropok lekor and epok-epok and insisted them on trying. They were shy at first but in the end, all of them ate it. They said it was gooodd. hehe.
It was time to depart. They got us gifts!! We were deeply touched. And we did not get them anything. Sheesh. ( nasib baik sekolah ada siapkan goodie bag.. heh) It was nice and we had a great experience. =) Thanks school.

By the way, i'll try to update every week, if not, every month. Pray for me if you may because i don't know why i feel unhappy nowadays but not to worry, i'll be strong insya allah. =)

A sheikh coming to spore

Salam everyone..

I was bloghopping the other day and i found this. It is about a young sheikh who is coming to spore. He is an American who has converted to Islam in 1994. You can read more about him at his website.

I had read about his conversion to Islam and about his quest of knowledge. His stories are wonderful. Sometimes, i think those converted to Islam is better than some Muslims.. including me. I felt ashamed of myself. He braved himself and went out of his country in search of knowledge. He even scaled a mountain just to meet a wise ulama! maasya Allah. I was deeply amazed. There are also a few articles that I've read that make me think twice: what have i done as a Muslim? There are so many things i need to learn. Do I have enough time? I hope so..
